Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and unwashed, with tags in the original packaging (including any complimentary items included with your purchase). It must be free of pet odor/dander, stains, holes, snags, and smoke odor. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Vendor-Specific Policies
Some products are fulfilled by third-party vendors and may have different return conditions. These may include:

  • A shorter return window (such as 10 days), or
  • Items that are final sale and not eligible for return

Any applicable exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page. The return policy listed on the product page supersedes this general policy.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the return policy applicable to the specific product purchased.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@supportcirclegifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as snacks, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Also, final sale items and discontinued items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sales, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the cost of the product, less the shipping, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
